1958 Version B Disneyland Map
The 1958 Version B Disneyland Map was introduced into the park in the summer of ’58 and reflected Walt’s excitement for new coming attractions. It was his desire to get these attractions straight into the minds of guests as soon as they were conceived. For example, though it wouldn’t open for another year, the Matterhorn made its first appearance in the Version B map.

Version B is mostly the same as Version A but with some important changes. The items that make Version A noticeably unique are now missing in Version B. The green waters of the Jungle Cruise are now a light blue and the Viewliner has been removed. The Monorail has been added and takes up the space where the Viewliner had been in previously. This includes both red and blue Mark I trains, each consisting of three connected cars. The Junior Autopia has been replaced with the Fantasyland Autopia and Snow Mountain has been replaced with the full concept of the Matterhorn.
